The Basic Trinity SuitCase is the cheaper version of our original  Trinity SuitCase.  It has simpler luggage suitcase wheels, without wheel suspension feature, and one can’t attach the Backpack Straps to it. Otherwise it works like our SuitCase with Traditional Lid. Inside you can place the Trinity ViolinCase  of any model or  Trinity ViolinCase Basic. You can insert the  Trinity BowCase  of any type (including Trinity Bow Case Basic or  Single Bow Alu-Case )  into the channel of this SuitCase, add the handle of your choice and lead it.
The back is rigid and the rest is soft. It stands up straight and stable.

Dimensions:
Length:  55 cm / 21,65 inch
Width:  35 - 45 cm / 13,8 - 17,7 inch
Thickness:  20-25 cm / 7,9 - 9,85
Weight :  2.2  kg / 4.85 lbs

Trinity Basic SuitCase is adjustable. Its minimum size is 55x35x20 cm (   21,65x13,8x7,9 inch). By filling its expandable cover and side-pockets one can “blow it up” to the maximum size -    55x45x25 cm (21,65x17,7x9,85 inch). With Trinity Basic SuitCase you can always fly with the luggage of largest size allowed by a specific airline.

You can lead the SuitCase (with the Trinity ViolinCase nside) through the gate at the airport like any other passenger.
You can choose the model of the Handle - Fixed or Revolving.
The Revolving Handle turns around 360 degrees, which eliminates any strain to the BowCase and your hand. You can hold it in a natural and comfortable hand position. You have to be more careful though when leading the SuitCase, as it overturns easier on an uneven surface.

The
Fixed Handle gives you more control, when leading the SuitCase.

Onboard  - Put the BowCase first in the overhead locker, as deep as possible (there is always an empty space), place the strap at the 90° angle, next to the SuitCase. After landing, take out the SuitCase first, then easily reach the strap and pull the BowCase out of its depths (no need of climbing on seats). Put the BowCase back into the channel of the SuitCase and  connect click ends.

Computer (up to 13’’), electronics, liquids, documents etc. are easily accessible at the security control. Newspapers, books, scores etc. can also be placed in one of the large, expandable zippered pockets – practical for travel.

The size restriction for cabin luggage vary between different airlines. Click HERE  or HERE to see. With the Trinity SuitCase you can always fly with hand luggage of the largest size allowed by a specific airline. When in 35 cm width format (the mimimum size), the contents of the ViolinCase may create small bulges in limited side-sections or at the top; you can choose where, to ensure you will pass the cage test). You can put the SuitCase into a 35cm wide cage at the airport and the small bulge will move so your suitcase will fit in, no matter which direction turned. At the most common 40 cm width nothing protrudes outside. The airlines with the minimum width of 35-36 cm (several American airlines, for instance) allow on the other hand thicker bags (23-25cm) so you can fill the top pockets of your SuitCase or expand the whole lid.
Please, note that many arilines allow a 2nd piece of cabin luggage, sometimes of substantial size , which means that you can separate the detachable lid from the SuitCase and bring it onboard separately, which gives you much more space for your stuff.
The new model of our ViolinCase has similar properties as our original model and can be combined with other parts of the Trinity Set, but there are some important changes and improvements.
Here are main new features of the Trinity ViolinCase2:

1. The
design is rather different and it looks more like an ”normal”, small violin case.
2. The new, round shape with a waistline and many folds of the surface, make the composite shell even
stronger/stiffer.
3. The shape of the head section is better adjusted to the scroll/peg section of a violin and
fits easier inside the Trinity SuitCase.
4. The new system with non-glued elastics on both ends makes it
easy to exchange them in the future by simply tying new knots, without removing any screws. The knots of head elastics, protected by its tight silicon cups, can be reached from the inside.
You can find replacement elastics in many shops close to you.
5. Full height partition wall around violin’s neck
supports and stabilizes the construction even better.
6. There is
more space for accessories in the pocket of the new, broader neck section.

The wheels with metal bearings, together with their fenders can be replaced, if necessary.

There are 2 versions of the Trinity Basic SuitCase:
SuitCase Basic 1 Bow - with the small channel for Single Bow Alu-Case
SuitCase Basic 2 Bows  - with the large channel for 2-bows cases: Trinity BowCase or TrinityBowCase Basic.
